I met Joy about 8 yrs ago when I purchased the home next to her. She immediately became a loving neighbor and good friend. She loved birds and I learned a lot from her about all the animals around the river. We loved sitting on her deck watching the birds & taking pictures. We helped each other in good times & bad, way to many floods to mention. I will miss our bird watching, morning talks, late after boat rides & just having her near. Rest in peace my friend, you will never be forgotten.

Joy was a great coworker and friend. We shared many lunches and laughs together. She will surely be missed by many.
