I am sorry for your loss Mr. George and Ms. Jimmie. I think of y'all often.

I have great memories growing up in Radford Village with David. We rode our bikes around the neighborhood, walked in the woods between Radford Village and Sundell Drive and built awesome forts. We would greet all of the neighborhood dogs together and give them nicknames. David had such a great sense of humor and always made me laugh. And his laugh was bold and infectious. He also had a great imagination -- there was never a dull moment hanging out with David. I will miss David very much even though I haven't spoken to him in a long time :)

I have thought about him fondly and often, wondering how he is doing.

George, Jimmie and Mary -- I also have very fond memories of y'all and always enjoyed your company. I'm so sorry about David. I am very lucky to have known him :)

Please accept my condolences to your family for your loss. I hadn't spoken to David for at least 30 years, but I would think of him often. (I hope you remember me--I lived across the street on Hercules.) David would often take me to Blacksburg where we'd eat at Taco Bell and buy comics at the Hobby Shop. David also introduced me to an incredible amount of music and literature (especially Stephen King), and I always was proud to call him my friend. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Deep condolences to your family. I remember David fondly as a boy in RADFORD Virginia.
