Tribute & Message From The Family

Mary Frances Campise Costa, 95, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Growing up in Tickfaw, LA, she was the oldest of nine children born to Pasquale and Frances Gentilly Campise of Tickfaw, on April 1, 1926. Her employment of over 40 years, Tic-Tock Shoppe in Hammond, LA, allowed her to interact with many people. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality and genuine concern for others. Mary enjoyed being outdoors and visiting with her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she was very proud.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Angelo J. Costa, Sr. Also preceding her in death were her five brothers and four sisters, whom she dearly loved and cared for.
Survivors include her three children: Daughter, Janet M. Costa (Bankston) Quarles (Mike), of Hammond, and sons Angelo J. "Sonny" Costa, Jr. (Linda Ronquillo) of Loranger, and Raymond Costa (Kathy) of Hammond.

Bankston of Covington; Rebecca Costa Chapotel (David) of Madisonville, Summer Costa (Roberts) Cannizaro (Lee) of Madisonville, Emily Ronquillo Gautreau (Titan) of Loranger, and Ray Costa and Rachel Costa of Hammond.
Great-grandchildren are Jenny Gautier, Aimee Gautier, and Thomas Joseph "T.J." Gautier (Gabrielle), all of Covington and Parker and Taylor Chapotel of Madisonville; Laney and Gavin Roberts of Mandeville, and Codi Cannizaro of Mandeville, and Lorelei, Phoebe, Corbin and Matilda Gautreau of Loranger.
