Condolence & Memory Journal

I know that God will strengthen you in this time of Al's passing. He so wanted to meet baby Perry. Remember you all are in our hearts & prayers. Heaven has gained a wonderful husband & father a little too early. But he is safe & sound watching down upon you

Al and I worked together years ago in the Jefferson Parish Library system. He was a fine man. Sending heartfelt condolences to Stacie and family.

I remember Al as a very kind and funny guy who was a pleasure to work with. I'll always be grateful to him and to Stacie for the help they gave me when I was getting my MLIS degree. My prayers are with Stacie, Rachel, and the rest of their family.

Please accept my sympathy in this time of loss. Al was as good a man as I have ever known and I know the world is a little bit better place for his having been here. I'm proud to count him as a friend. Very tragic loss for us all. God be with you!

We will all miss Al. Al and I were planning a Book donation to the Reserve and Jackson War Vets home later this year. I was looking forward to traveling with him to make this donation.

AL has been and always will be my Brother from another Mother. He has had my back more times than I can count. He was always there when it mattered, unwavering...steadfast in his silent strength. He and Stacie always were people that I and my family enjoyed being around. The Barron's and Roed's are GOOD PEOPLE. I will, as long as I live, consider AL, Stacie, Froggie, Bud and everyone else who knew him, as family...because AL made family out of us all. Rest Well, Sir..Good and Faithful Servant..and My Older Brother, by blood or not, you've finished the race, Rest In Peace AL, My Brother !

I am sorry to hear of Al's passing. He was always very helpful. When Al was at the Covington Library, he ordered film from the Mormon church for me.
