Grace Inez Page Mandella, of Independence, Louisiana, passed away at Landmark Nursing Center on Friday, October 15, 2021, at the age of 95. She was born on December 17, 1925, in McComb, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Edward Ward Page and Ada Evie McCaskell Page. Inez loved going dancing, she was always very neatly and stylishly dress, and possessed an inspiring level of poise and confidence. She loved and doted on her husband and son, and adored her granddaughters and great grandchildren. Inez was one of a kind and she is missed dearly.

Inez is survived by her son, Vick Mandella, Jr. (Karen); granddaughters, Melissa Cavallero (Scott) and Krista Harris (Brent); great grandchildren, Bailey Cavallero, Max Harris, and Kate Harris; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Inez was preceded in death by her husband, Vick Mandells, Sr.; and siblings, Dot Malone, Betty Page, Jeannean Love, and E.W. Page, Jr.

Services were held privately on Monday, October 18, 2021. Family and friends are encouraged to send condolences and share memories online.

Dear Vick, Karen, and Family,

Mrs. Mandella was loving and charming to both of us, and always greeted us with a smile and a kind word. We are praying for you and your family. We have all been here so long in Independence together, we are all like family! 2Corinthians 5:8 says, "To be in the absence of the body is to be in the presence of the Lord." God bless you!

Love,

Vincent and Jo Anne Falcone
