Dear Ervin, I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad. It's never easy to lose someone that you love. I pray that God will bring you and your entire family a comforting peace, that only He can give.

Oh I will forever have wonderful memories of my precious Uncle Whimpy. He always made the trip each summer to bring us fresh strawberries with the purest of love in his heart. He was always always happy to see us as we were him. I can remember back when I was just a youngin how he and Aunt Annie would come visit at Mamaw Effie's and she was always so elegant and beautiful. He will be greatly missed by many. He was and is much of a man in my eyes.

I am so sorry to hear this. I met Wimpy several years ago at Pine Grove Lodge, and found him to be a very fine man and mason. I will keep the family in my prayers.
