Lorinda Faye Mcilveene Himes Obituary

Lorinda Faye Mcilveene Himes, who loved to be called "Nana" by her kids and grandkids, departed her loving family on June 2, 2022 in Covington, LA at the age of 71. Lorinda was born on March 4, 1951 in Eldorado, AR to Vivian and Fay Mcilveene. Lorinda was a loving mother to her daughters Angela Himes Bohne, Kristin Himes Caronna, and stepson Dustin Zeringue. Aside from her family she spent many years working outside of her home as a Medical Assistant and after retirement spent the rest of her years with her life partner, Blaine Zeringue, facilitating and expanding their cattle business. She loved spending time with family and friends, fishing, and anything outdoors. Preceded in death by her parents, Vivian and Fay Mcilveene. She is survived by: brothers Ronald Mcilveene (Kay) and Richard Mcilveene (Martha); her life partner Blaine Zeringue; former spouse Robert Himes Jr (Susan); daughters Angela Bohne and Kristin Caronna (Garland); stepson Dustin Zeringue (Casey); grandchildren Alexandra Bohne, Robert Bohne II, Gabrielle Bohne, Carly Caronna, Cameron Caronna, Presley Portera, Stella Zeringue, cousins, nieces, and nephews. A private family celebration will be held at her home in Tylertown, MS. In lieu of flowers, friends and family can make memorial contributions to Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, 1203 S.
