Rose Marie Monteleone Taylor, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away at her home on Friday, March 19, 2021, at the age of 84. She was born on July 19, 1936, in Hammond, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Sam Monteleone and Louise Linder Monteleone. Rose was a wonderful mother, dedicated to raising her daughter in a loving supportive home, and a kind and caring mother-in-law and grandmother. She worked at the information desk at Hammond Square Mall for 25 years, and sewed Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls as a hobby.

Rose is survived by her daughter, Carla Moore (Stephen); grandchildren, Stephen Moore, II and Jessica Marie Bordelon (Randy); great grandson, Ethan Michael Bordelon; siblings, Juanita Wells, Philip A. Monteleone and Bill Monteleone; and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Sam Monteleone, Jr. and Carl Monteleone.
