Betty Jo Hoover Guillory, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the age of 75. She was born in Hammond, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Joseph Hoover and Jesse Lee Roberts Hoover. Betty was a Notary Public for over 25 years in Hammond.
Betty is survived by her sons, Randall Guillory and his wife Ursula and Mark Guillory; daughter, Julie Guillory and her husband Richard Fournet; grandchildren, Christa and Elana Guillory and Lucy Fournet; brother, Huey Hoover; sister, Elizabeth Emerton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Willard "Billy" Guillory, and numerous siblings.
Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.
A Funeral Service will begin on Saturday at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Hoffman Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
